Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Handcrafted and customized items are not eligible for return or refund.

• Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only possible if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
